This guarantee is designed to reinforce consistent service quality, clear communication, and accountability. Our goal is to remove uncertainty, reduce the need for follow up, and give you confidence that issues will be handled promptly and clearly.

1. Reporting Windows

For after hours services, any service item that needs attention must be reported by 10:00 am on the business day following the completed service.

For daytime services, any service item that needs attention must be reported within two business hours of service completion, or by the end of the same business day, whichever comes first.

Commercial cleaning takes place in active environments where facilities are used before and after service. Defined reporting windows allow us to accurately identify cleaning related issues and address them promptly and fairly.

2. How to Submit Feedback

All feedback must be submitted by email to support@anagophoenix.com with the subject line “Feedback”.

Please include a brief description of the item needing attention, the specific area of the facility, and photos if available. Photos are helpful but not required.

This ensures feedback is documented, routed correctly, and addressed without delay.

3. Scope of the Guarantee

This guarantee applies only to items included in the agreed upon scope of work for your facility.

Items outside the documented scope, including additional requests or changes not previously approved, are not covered by the guarantee and may require a separate quote or authorization.

Clear scopes ensure expectations remain aligned and service delivery stays consistent.

4. Correction Timeline and Service Credit

If any single scope of work item that is reported within the applicable reporting window is not corrected by the next scheduled service, you will not pay for that entire service day and will receive a credit.

This applies even if only one scope item was missed.

The intent of this guarantee is full accountability and follow through, not partial corrections.

5. Missed Services

If a scheduled service is missed entirely due to our error, you will not pay for that service and will receive a credit.

6. Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to conditions caused by normal facility use after service completion, actions of building occupants or third party vendors, restricted access, unsafe working conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, or emergency building closures.

7. Ongoing Service Alignment

This guarantee is designed to reinforce consistent service and clear communication. If questions or clarifications about scope or expectations arise, we will work collaboratively with you to confirm alignment and maintain service consistency.

8. Guarantee Intent

The EverClean Guarantee exists to protect standards, reinforce follow through, and give you confidence that your facility is supported by a dependable, responsive cleaning partner.

It reflects our commitment to delivering reliable service, maintaining open communication, and standing behind the work we perform.

9. Free Cleaning Offer Eligibility

Any free cleaning services offered as part of a promotional program apply only to facilities that enroll in a recurring cleaning service agreement.

The free cleaning applies to the first week of scheduled recurring service, based on the facility’s normal service frequency.

Facilities scheduled for one service per week receive one free service during the first week. Facilities scheduled for multiple services per week receive free services up to the number of scheduled service days in that first week, not to exceed seven total service days.

Free services apply only to routine cleaning included in the agreed upon scope of work and are not available for one time or non recurring cleanings.
